Let us introduce you to the reservation, cancellation and payment policy.

The room reservations must be made using our                            Form.

​

Pre-payment is required to reserve. Payments can be made to any of our 

​

Booking is complete when a deposit payment is confirmed. If the deposit is not paid in advance, the room reservation remains conditional and the room cannot be guaranteed. The reservation is complete only when the guest is notified via email by the resort about a booking confirmation.

The booking cancellation must be always submitted in writing via email. 

​

In case of cancellations being made in less than 21 days, the following fees apply:

100% charge – 15 days prior guest arrival / No show / shortened stay

30% charge – more than 16 days prior guest arrival

​

If you wish to book the whole hotel and organise events, a deposit of 50 % of the total amount is required to be made. The deposit cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or amendments!
